Project objectives: enhance brand image and boost visibility

Our client wanted to give a new impulse to her online store, initially designed on Wix.

She was looking to improve her site’s visibility on search engines, as well as optimize its efficiency to better convert visits into sales.

The aim was to modernize the store to support business development, and reinforce its brand image.

1. Customized visual identity for a craft brand

We designed a complete graphic guidelines, in harmony with the brand’s artisanal universe: soft colors, elegant typography and authentic visuals. This new identity created a stronger emotional bond with visitors, and established the brand’s credibility.

2. A high-performance, accessible, secure and GDPR-compliant WordPress & WooCommerce e-commerce site

To ensure a solid, scalable technical base, we developed the site locally using WordPress and WooCommerce, starting from scratch. we began by defining a clear information architecture, in order to efficiently structure all content.

We then designed wireframes and UX/UI prototypes to ensure intuitive, fluid and pleasant navigation. Once validated, the site was deployed on a new hosting site, with a domain name transfer.

The store was enhanced with several payment gateways, offering users even greater flexibility. Particular attention has been given to security, accessibility and responsive design, to offer an optimal user experience on all devices.– A GDPR-compliant cookie management system was integrated from the moment the site went online.

3. Optimized SEO to attract more customers

To improve the site’s visibility and performance, we carried out a complete SEO audit focusing on strategic keywords and essential tags (titles, meta-descriptions, Hn…).

Technical optimization work reduced loading times, thus limiting the risk of frustration for users. We also wrote engaging product sheets, optimized for both user experience and SEO.

To support SEO over the long term, we set up a blog integrated into the site, offering useful, targeted content. Finally, all performance is tracked using ethical analytical tools, in a spirit of respect for user data.

4. Efficient maintenance for continuous improvement and customer support in case of problems

To ensure the site’s longevity and quality support, we have set up a regular maintenance system, including automatic backups and rigorous updates to guarantee the site’s security and stability.

The content of the site, as well as certain technical aspects, are regularly reviewed and improved, in line with the evolution of the customer’s business. A user’s guide and explanatory videos have been provided to our client to facilitate autonomy. In addition, we remain available for any technical assistance or advice, with clear and fast answers.
